What are my payment options?
All orders are processed through Stripe.

Where do you ship?
I ship worldwide. Prices include shipping.

When will my order ship?
I currently fill and ship orders every week. Orders are shipped from France, and arrival times vary by destination. While I regret any delays that may be caused by postal and customs processing, CynthiaBevan.com cannot be responsible for them.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
When you sign for the package, write a note saying the package was damaged. Take photos of the damaged package and the damaged item(s). Contact me at cynthia.bevan@ateliernovo.com. 

Can I return an item I purchased? Can I cancel my order?
I want you to be totally happy with your order, and while I'm confident that my engravings will meet your expectations, I also understand that things don't always work out. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, simply return the item in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase, and email me at cynthia.bevan@ateliernovo.com to arrange for a refund.

The item I want is sold out. Will it be available again?
I hand-print each engraving in very limited series (usually a maximum of 20). Items may be temporarily out of stock if I have not yet printed all the copies of a particular engraving, however once the limit has been attained, the engraving will no longer be available. If you are interested in an item that is sold out, drop me a note using the Contact page, and I'll see if I can propose something similar.

Who makes these engravings?
All the prints on this website are original works by myself, Cynthia Bevan. I create, engrave and hand-print each image individually on a press.
